§ 1 - Name and Headquarters
1.1 The association bears the name "Ski-Kavallerie e.V."
1.2 The association is registered in the association register and carries the addition "e.V."
1.3 The headquarters of the association is Sporthotel Ellmau, Austria.
§ 2 - Purpose and Goals
🏆 Our Mission: Building the World's Largest Ski Club! 🌍
2.1 The purpose of the association is to promote ski and après-ski culture worldwide.
2.2 The association aims to achieve a Guinness World Record for the largest ski club membership globally.
2.3 The association promotes international friendship and cultural exchange through alpine sports and traditions.
2.4 The association supports the preservation and promotion of alpine music, traditions, and après-ski culture.
🎯 Special Note:
Actual skiing ability is NOT required for membership. Appreciation for alpine culture and après-ski activities is sufficient! 🍻🎉
§ 3 - Membership
3.1 Any natural person who supports the goals of the association can become a member.
3.2 Membership is acquired through registration via the official website and acceptance of this constitution.
3.3 There are no membership fees. The association is financed through voluntary donations and proceeds from music and merchandise.

§ 4 - Official Motto and Cheer

This cheer shall be used at all official gatherings and events.
§ 5 - Financial Management
5.1 The association is non-profit and pursues exclusively charitable purposes.
5.2 Future proceeds from merchandising and music streams will be used exclusively for promoting ski and après-ski culture.
5.3 No member receives payments from the association's funds.
💰 Fund Usage:
- Organizing global ski and après-ski events
- Supporting alpine music and culture
- Funding the resort trip lottery
- Promoting international ski club activities
- Administrative costs for world record documentation
§ 6 - Global Operations
6.1 The association operates globally and welcomes members from all countries.
6.2 Communication is conducted in multiple languages to ensure international accessibility.
6.3 Local chapters may be established in different countries while maintaining unity under this constitution.
§ 7 - Resort Trip Lottery
🎁 Special Lottery Provisions:
7.1 The resort trip lottery is activated when the association's official song reaches 25 million streams on Spotify.
7.2 Only members who have selected a favorite resort during registration are eligible.
7.3 Winners will be selected randomly and announced through official channels.
§ 8 - Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 The association processes member data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
8.2 Member data is used exclusively for association purposes and is not shared with third parties.
8.3 Members have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.
§ 9 - Amendments and Dissolution
9.1 Amendments to this constitution require a simple majority decision by the board.
9.2 In case of dissolution, any remaining assets will be donated to organizations promoting alpine sports and culture.
9.3 The Guinness World Record achievement shall be preserved for posterity.
§ 10 - Final Provisions
10.1 This constitution comes into effect upon registration of the association.
10.2 Austrian law applies to all matters not regulated in this constitution.
10.3 The spirit of the mountains shall guide all decisions and actions of the association.
