Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ski Kavallerie ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Membership tiers

Ski Kavallerie offers a free tier and a Lifetime Premium membership. During the founding period (while total members are below 1,000), all members receive Lifetime Premium at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future; existing Lifetime Premium members will not be affected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.
• Harass or abuse other members through section features or invitations.

6. User-generated content

If you submit content (e.g. section names, profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Ski Kavallerie name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user content) are owned by Ski Kavallerie UG. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and may be inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions made based on weather or condition information shown in the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ski Kavallerie UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
